Here we have a stunning Antique Oak oak-framed throne chair. This imposing chair features beautiful, scrolled open arms with carved acanthus leaves. The solid carved oak frame has aged to a warm, golden shade with a striking grain and good patina. The antique chair features a grand high back, upholstered in a striking berry red velvet, finished with a fringe edging. The front legs of the chair have intricate scrolls, boasting large, carved pawed feet.
Stamped with a code underneath the chair and dated 1919.
A beautiful statement chair that would fit most rooms.
