A striking and very unusual set of 4 Rosewood Edwardian chairs having a very pretty and intricate gilt, boxwood marquetry back, partly upholstered in a beautiful, quality olive green velvet - recently cleaned, standing proud on elegantly shaped cabriole legs to the front with swept back legs.
Condition: Structually Solid and sturdy chairs. Lovely and well-kept condition just fresh out of a grand hall.
Fabric has a slight mark on one backrest and a stitch in the fabric on the right-hand corner of a chair - see the last two pictures.
Also some frey on the upholstery ribbon but nothing major - again see pictures
