Splendid Georgian mahogany bureau, with a fall front top enclosing a fitted interior with decorative inlaid marquetry and a green inlay with four spacious dovetailed drawers below, with beautiful boxwood borders and original ornate brass handles and escutcheons, standing proud upon sturdy bracket feet.

This stunning bureau retains the original polish, with a fine warm golden hues and patination; that can only be achieved through age and years of care and cleaning it has received.

condition: There are historic cosmetic scratches and marks as is to be expected an item of this age, (please see pictures) however these only add to its appeal as a very functional original antique.
