We want you to have the best experience with Chateau, so if, for any reason, you are not happy with any of our items, please notify us within 14 working days of receipt, and we will arrange for a collection and refund or exchange. Please note that a collection fee will be incurred.
Returns must be unused, fit for resale, and in the packaging they originally arrived in.
All goods will be collected and checked at our returns depot before refunds can be processed. Once the goods have been checked and approved, refunds will be processed within 14 days of the item's arrival back at the warehouse.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund Bespoke Orders or custom-made items made for you.
In the unfortunate event that the goods arrive faulty or damaged, please contact us within 1 day of receiving them, and we will either repair the furniture to your satisfaction, replace it, or refund the full price.
